| We offer a simple but unusual checkin process designed make checkin as easy as possible no matter when you get here. You can do it all from the entrance - you don't have to come all the way up to the office to check in.
When you arrive, you'll see a small wood gazebo on the right side of the driveway. That is the checkin gazebo with mailboxes that correspond to the cabins.
Look in the mailbox with your cabin number for your registration packet, a flashlight (in case it's dark when you arrive), and a map of the property that shows the trail to your cabin (a very short walk). There is also a map etched in copper above the mailboxes
You can use the dock cart with nice big wheels to help move your luggage across our natural trails (it will prevent our wood chips from jamming your little luggage wheels). Please replace it as soon as you can for the next guest.
You will find a keyless deadbolt lock on your cabin door that we have programmed to the last four digits of the cell phone number you gave us with your reservation.
When you get to your cabin, please sign the registration form and leave it in the wire basket on your cabin porch or up in the Guest Hall.
See the map to get an idea where the cabins, parking, Guest Hall and office are - everything is a short walk.
Parking
You don't drive to your cabin at WildSpring (so you will never hear a car door slam and someone yeling "Honey where's the luggage?!" in the middle of the night). You'll park your car on the left as you enter - across from the checkin gazebo - and walk to your cabins. Since WildSpring is so peaceful we ask that you turn your music down when get here and unload with as little noise as is reasonable so you won't disturb the other guests or nice neighbors… especially if you arrive late at night. |
