We have developed quite a few special recipes for our breakfast buffet - and for some special occasions, such as 4th of July, small groups, etc.

Our guests have so often requested them, we thought we'd put them on our site for convenience.

Some of these recipes are not exact, and are made "by feel," but we've tried to give you enough explanation to help you recreate them.

Email us if you have any questions, and experiment away...that's how we created them in the first place. We will be adding photos of the finished dishes from time to time.
