We tried the Mailboats on the Rogue and saw bald eagles, a bear, (can’t read), river otters, deer, ospreys. The driver was very knowledgeable and the 360 turns were a blast. The Crazy Norwegians had great clam chowder, fish and chips and RAZZLEBERRY PIE. My son & I went to the Port Orford Lifeboats and Museum and met 2 lovely volunteers with some very interesting information. In our way back to WildSpring we found a lock-out point with a lovely view of the coast. We’re taking my husband back today. The Guest Hall is a beautiful setting for breakfast, a delicious healthy breakfast, and we enjoyed playing checkers there in the afternoon, too. It is good to be with just your family, to reconnect & build memories. God has truly blessed me.”

We are thinking birthday tradition here… So great to arrive and have the pictures & words (the advertising) seem to spring to life and actually be true. Nothing to disappoint here. Food is really good & healthy (thanks!) and personal touches abound. We live in the country and usually have difficulty sleeping away from home – usually too many people, too many loud sounds – not here. Jeff actually slept in past 4am in a true testament to the tranquility and gentle sway of the trees and lull of the ocean. You are most definitely on the right track. We love the quiet and almost complete “aloneness.” Thanks for a most pleasant stay – we will be back!.”
